The 5th Adopt-A-Palooza Adoption Event and Pet Expo

Thank you for joining us for the 5th Annual Adopt A Palooza.

General Vendor Information

  • A donation of $30 is requested for vendors. Link Below (Non profits are free of charge) 

  • The event is open to the public from 11am to 4pm

  • We will do our best to accommodate any special requests but cannot guarantee them

  •  You will be provided with a 6ft table and 2 chairs

General Vendor Rules

  • Vendor Fee - Donation (All vendors are required to donate a gift or service for the raffle)

    • A minimum value gift or service donation of $25 by all vendors

  • Submit at least 2 representative photos of your booth or product to be used for marketing

    • Please email pictures to info@fomcas.org or text them to (941) 713-3105

  • ONLY the items described in your application will be permitted to be sold

  • Human food and beverage sales are not allowed nor will donations be taken for food and beverages.

    • Food and beverage vendors are allowed to give out complimentary

    • Samples no larger than 2 oz.

  • Donations can be sent to: Friends of Manatee County Animal Services

    • (3230 East Bay Dr., # 316, Holmes Beach, Florida 34217)

  • Application and donations must be received by July 15, 2019

Vendor Booth

  • Location: Bradenton Area Convention Center located at 1 Haben Blvd, Palmetto, FL

  • Vendors may start setting up any time after 7.30am and must be set up by 10.30am

    • If you are not at the event by 10.30am you booth will be moved to the side area

  • Hours of Operation: Saturday 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m

  • Deadline: July 15, 2019
